Dragon Express is one of the best restaurants in Garden City. You're truly getting what you paid for, and even then, they're not shy of really loading your plate up!

Fast, hot Americanized Chinese for a good price. This is on par with Panda Express as far as take out yet I think it tastes better. Huge portions.
I had gotten the sweet & sour chicken combo with fried rice, egg roll and a drink for $8.92.
Yesterday, I had gotten a sesame chicken combo- Also good. Employees very friendly. There is a sit down dining area if needed and the place is nice & clean. I'll certainly go there again when I come back to Garden City. I do want to say that I love Chinese food and I'm a pretty picky eater!
This is not a sit-down full menu Chinese Restaurant experience. It's a quick, walk-in, order from a selection of different dishes from a lighted sign above, and within 3-5 minutes, your meal is ready at the counter. The meals were still hot after a 15 min drive back to the hotel. -

I travel a lot for work and I eat Chinese at least once a week. I also spent my highschool years as a cook in a Chinese restaurant and still cook today, but only for me and my family.
Great little hole in the wall restaurant. It is fast food Chinese that is cooked fresh to order in front of you. I gave it 4 stars as a fast food Chinese restaurant.
The restaurant was very clean. The cooks are standing right behind the glass display so you can see the kitchen area is clean.

I ordered Szechuan Shrimp with fried rice and an eggroll. Most restaurants who say 'spicy' really mean a mild tang, but these guys were right on the money with the level of spice. Nice and spicy but not painfully so. I figure if it cleans out my sinuses while tasting good then they got the right amount.
This recipe included black beans which is a hit or miss ingredient. Like the spices most Chinese restaurants either put in so much it overwhelms the other ingredients or there are two beans floating around somewhere near the bottom along with the three shrimp included so that they can call it a shrimp dish. They had just the right amount of black beans and a generous amount of shrimp.
The shrimp was cooked perfectly, not raw and not so overdone they are like eating erasers. The shrimp was tender and flavorful.
The fried rice which came with it is the basic fried rice which consists of a little egg, soy sauce, probably some sesame oil, usually day old rice or instant rice and not much else. With that said the rice was moist and had a nice flavor to it. They had other types of fried rice for sale but I settled for the simple version since it was lunch and I didn't want to make a pig of myself.
As an avid Chinese food junkie I will be visiting this restaurant several times per month. -

My experience here was really good! My friend and I came here to eat and I loved the cleanliness of the restaraunt, too. The prices are modestly set considering the food portions and the service is quick. As for the actual food, I was satisfied with both the portions and the quality. I ordered the Broccoli Beef combo and my friend ordered the Cashew Chicken combo. Great fast food Chinese Restaurant!

This place is awesome. They make the food right after you order it so you know it's fresh. The honey chicken and general tso chicken are amazing. Prices are not bad either. They were quick, friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.
